MEET LUCY
I have worked for over 15 years in the NGO sector with nine in a senior leadership role. With an MSc in Wellbeing & Human Development, I combine theoretical knowledge with plenty of hands-on practitioner experience, in-depth contextual understanding, and a proven track record of innovative and highly effective organisational, board-level and sector leadership. I am a qualified coach and I connect easily at all levels with energy, creativity, warmth and humour.
